	GREATER MIDDLESEX CONFERENCE (GMC) CROSS COUNTRY PISCATAWAY - RED DIVISION Piscataway uses their High School grounds for their course. Runners start in the student parking lot and head down and hang a right and run up a gradual grass hill until they reach a paved path (Black Line). They basically follow the paved path around the athletic complex and do 2 loops of it (black line to yellow line). On the 2^nd loop they run towards a bridge where they come out and jump onto a sidewalk parallel to the school. They follow that sidewalk all the way back into the stadium where they do the last 300 or so meters and finish on the 3^rd turn of the track.
